The location is great -- just minutes from the train station and convenience stores are a few steps from the hotel. I really would like to commend the staff at the hotel. They were so accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. They did an excellent job in responding to our request and making us feel welcomed.

The bed. Deceiving, because it's a memory foam at first it feels overly hard and lumpy. When you get to rest it hugs your body, best sleep I've had for the entire trip.

Location to where I was going to the hotel was near by. The location of the hotel was good. It had good shops and restaurants near by. Breakfast buffet in the morning had a excellent selection. Easy wifi access, gym, and onzen separate gender only. Good TV's.

Like it that we have free parking, decent breakfast and there’s laundromat. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
